Yoga

Yoga is a powerful tool for supporting well-being in midlife and beyond. It helps to:

  • Maintain flexibility and mobility, keeping joints and muscles supple as we age.

  • Strength-based postures support bone health, which is especially important during and after menopause.

But yoga isn't just about movement-it's also about:

  • Relaxation and balance. Using the breath mindfully can calm the nervous system, reducing stress and improving sleep.

  • Guided meditation allows us to reset, reconnect, and cultivate a sense of peace in our busy lives.

I teach gentle hatha yoga online and in-person including breath-work and meditation techniques.

Gentle Hatha Flow Group Classes

Some previous experience of yoga is useful but not essential.

Wednesdays 9am and Sundays 9.15am

Live 1 hour online classes.
